He is survived by: his parents, Billy Tally and Mary Tally of Spring Lake, NC; his siblings, Emily Tally-Hardy of Fayetteville, NC and Brian Tally of Fayetteville, NC; and his significant other Heather Johnson of Spring Lake, NC. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and four nephews.
