We bid farewell to Iris Darden (Spring Lake, North Carolina), born in Erwin, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2024 at the age of 90. Iris touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Morton Sutton Williams, Sr. and Lula Cameron Williams; her husband David Kenneth Darden, Sr.; and her brother Morton Sutton Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her son David Kenneth Darden, Jr. (Pam); her granddaughters, Paige Darden and Amanda Darden Viverette (Paul); her great grandchildren, Graylee and Cameron Viverette; and her pet Murphy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Adcock Funeral Home and Crematory (2226 Lillington Hwy, Spring Lake, NC 28390). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Adcock Funeral Home (2226 Lillington Hwy, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
