He is survived by: his wife Dong Ye Stegall; his sons, Donald Steve Stegall Jr. and David Lee Stegall; and his brothers, Kenneth Stegall (Cynthia), Ronald Stegall (Sissy), Johnny Stegall (Debbie) and Mike Stegall.
My dad was a fighter, he battle Parkinson's disease for 25 years and never let it beat him down, always positive thinking and never negative.
