He was predeceased by: his aunt Beth Moeschet; and his uncle Steven Jensen. He is survived by: his parents, Greg Jensen and Jennifer Jensen; his fiancée Nicole Moore; his children, Gracie Moore and Unborn Child; and his siblings, Logan and Cheyenne. He is also survived by Numerous Aunt, Uncles and Cousins.
