He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Lawson Summitt and Betty Wilson Summitt; his wife Wanda Truett Summitt; his sons, Andrew Summitt and Curtis Summitt, Jr. (Holly); his grandchildren, Tristen, Adaley, Harper and Emery; his siblings, Cyndi Robinson (Tony), Gregory Summitt (Donna) and Dwayne Summitt (Chantel); his mother-in-law Linda Truett; and his brother-in-law Wendell Truett.
