We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2023, at the age of 83, Carol Wolverton (Spring Lake, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Victor Weldon (Marion Estelle Van Orden Weldon) and NJ; her husband Vern Wolverton; her close friend Raleigh Pierce; and her sister Muriel Cabral.

She is survived by: her children, Jean Helbo (Raymond) of Saylorsburg, PA, Richard Gabinelli of North Port, FL, Carol Blaine (Paul McLean) of Spring Lake, NC and Michael Gabinelli (Trish) of Statesville, NC. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
