He is survived by: his father Garnett Bryson Sherrer of Cary, NC; his brother Randolph Sherrer of Raleigh, NC; his children, Katrina Kirshner (Joe) of Pittsburgh, PA, Jason Sherrer of Pittsburgh, PA and James Sherrer of Pittsburgh, PA; and his grandchildren, Taylor Kirschner, Bryson Kirschner, Hailee Sherrer, Jaiden Sherrer and Dawson Sherrer.
