He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Reid Setzer (Frankie Lynn Setzer) of Spring Lake, Billy Paul Setzer (Monique Woods) of Anderson Creek, Victor Lee Carlton (Kayla) of Anderson Creek and Penny Diane Setzer of Anderson Creek; and his sister Judy Lambert (Phillip) of Statesville, NC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
