With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Manning (Spring Lake, North Carolina), born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on June 17, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate Manning Johnson and Raymond Manning; his sister Gladys Manning (Willie Hodges Manning); and his sons, John Selester Manning, Raymond Manning and Sammie Morrison.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Manning; his daughters, Rita Bell (Wilbur) and Tijuana Hannibal; his brother Donald Johnson (Mercedes); his goddaughter Karla Jones; and his daughters, Nettie Hood and Densie Lucas. He is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations to made to the Heart Association and the Alzheimer's Society.
