He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Winner and Jeanette Evelyn Winner. He is survived by: his wife Betty May Winner; his daughter Bianca Bell of Sanford; and his brother Ross Winner (Billi Jo Winner) of Alabama. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
