He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eugene Rowe and Addie Lee Rowe (Matthews); and his brother Bob Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Angela Matthews (Johnny) and Stephen Gray Rowe; his grandchildren, Heather Faucette (Brad) and Dustin Ellis; his stepgrandchildren, Brooke Rogers (Nick) and Josh Matthews; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Casen; and his siblings, Charlie R. Rowe, Billy R. Rowe, Shebby Strickland, Jimmy Ray Rowe, Jo Ann Rowe, Mary Lee Rowe and Emma Jean Greene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
