Sylvia Grady Witter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Grady Witter (Spring Hope, North Carolina), who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Grady and William Deans (Mutt); her grandmother Althaus Grady; and her sister Angelina Benjamin. She is survived by: her close friend Linda Gray; her husband Joseph Witter; her son Abdul-Shabazz Ashanti (Derrick Grady); her siblings, William Gresham, Reginald Gresham, Anthony Beverly, Karen Malloy and Apostle Marchell Franklin (Donald Joyner); and her aunt Odessa Weaver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of Flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association and sent to Kingdom Building Restoration Ministries, Inc. where they are starting a fund.
