He is survived by: his wife Alice Greene Creekmore; his daughters, Wanda Jackson (David) of Wilson, Donna Canady of Spring Hope and Arleen Moore (Roy) of Bailey; his siblings, Dorothy Anderson of Wilson, Evelyn Bryan of Raleigh, Grafton Creekmore of Carthage and Everette Creekmore of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Stacy Perry, Rebecca Patterson and Bryan Canady; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Moore and Lee Moore; and his children, Destiny Hograve, Shiann Hograve, Abigail Hograve, Michael Joines, Paisley Little, Raelyn Perry and Jackson Perry.
