It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Queen Cordell-Perry of Spring Hope, North Carolina, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Gloria Perry, Shane Garnett and Lisa Whitley (Tyrone Whitley); her grandchildren, Christina and Elijah Whitley of Nashville; and her sisters, Doris Whitehead (Curtis) of Tarboro and Brenda Cordell-Leonard of Raleigh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
