She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Woodard and Janet Mitcheltree (Craig); her grandchildren, Catherine Stewart (Charles), Leann Sorrell (Scott), Joe Mitcheltree (Amber), Allison Riley (Joey) and Kristen Moreno; her niece Carol; and her children, Brandon and Kayla Jernigan. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice.
