He is survived by: his wife Sue M. Holt; his mother Ruth L. Holt; his daughters, Amber Leigh Holt and Tiffany Lynn Holt Black (Barrett); his sister Joan Moore; his sister-in-law Linda Isaac (Clark); and his grandchildren, Todd Burnette, Megan Burnette and Dalton Black. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
