He was predeceased by: his significant other Mandy Hall; and his grandparents, Larry James and Betty Sue Duke. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Sawyer of Spring Hope and Ronnie Duke of Spring Hope; his siblings, Sierra Duke of Spring Hope, Travis Duke of Spring Hope and Tyler Hansen of Middlesex; and his grandparents, Juanita Williams of Windsor, Maine and Robert Rackliff of Rockland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins and a niece and nephew.
