He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Mitchell (Howard) of Wake Forest; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Schumitta (Aaron) of Youngsville and Rob Mitchell (Meaghan) of Wake Forest; and his great grandchildren, Jaina Schumitta and Holton Mitchell.
