He is survived by: his parent Effie Elizabeth Sanders Barnes; his wife Dolly Graham Barnes; his daughters, Bonnie Barnes Counts (Benny) of Chapin, SC, Patricia Barnes Kerr (Duncan) of Raleigh, NC and Amy Melissa Barnes of Spindale; and his grandchildren, Brantley Counts Hodges (Daniel) and Christopher Bennett Counts (Carrie).
