He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Frazier and Dorothy Eddings Frazier; his wife Denise Greene Frazier; his children, John Robert Frazier and Jennifer Lynne Toney (Brandon); his granddaughter Hailey Layne Toney; his sister Linda Cole (David); and his in-laws, Dennis and Delores Greene Hill. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
