She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lee Moore and Mary Ella Goode Moore; her former husband Coy Clinton Smith; and her husband Charles David Proctor. She is survived by: her children, Tim Smith (Penny) of Morganton and Mary Metcalf (Larry) of Forest City; her grandson John Metcalf (Jordyn) of Mooresville; and her great grandchildren, Mason Graham Metcalf and Ella Rose Metcalf.
