He is survived by: his wife Rudi Ligon; his children, Scott Ligon of Jacksonville, NC and Candace Burns (Roger) of Hubert, NC; and his stepsons, Chris Brown, Kevin Brown, Vincent Brown and Rocky Fallon. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
