He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Higgins and Grace Roberts Higgins. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlyn Higgins Byers (Kaine Byer); his grandsons, Cayden and Karter; his nephew Matthew Higgins; and his partner's children, Taylor and Holly Yelton.
