He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Lee and Julie Elizabeth Waters. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald, Joe, Ricky and Lisa; his wife Patricia Diane Waters; his children, Christopher Jay Waters and Misty Waters Rogers; his grandchildren, Makayla, Brittany, Maris, William and Brayden; and his siblings, Wade, Jeanette, Mary, Donna, Troy and Jimmy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
