He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Edwards and Nellie Jones Edwards; and his son-in-law Rick Guffey. He is survived by: his wife Hattie Brown Edwards; his children, Lisa Guffey, Timothy Edwards (Alicia) and Joe Edwards (Jamie); and his siblings, Jean Guffey (Ron), John Edwards (Opal), Kenneth Edwards (Mildred) and Terry Edwards (Donna). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
