He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis H. Evans Sr. and Louise Reeves Evans; his daughter Susan Foster; and his brothers, Lewis H. Evans Jr. and Bill Evans.
He is survived by: his son Hank Evans (Laura); his sister Carolyn Pyatt; and his grandchildren, Kasey Hughes, Zac Crowder, Bennett W. Evans and Madison Evans. He is also survived by Four Great-grandchildren.
