She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blackwell and Maggie Luckey. She is survived by: her husband Bobby G. Laney; her daughters, Dianne Rustin (O. W. Jr.) of Salisbury, Shelia Stokes of Salisbury and Pamela "Pam" Love (Medgar) of Spencer; and her grandchildren, LaTonya Rustin of Salisbury, Vanita Rustin of Charlotte, Sue Lin Stokes of Salisbury and Bryce Stokes of Salisbury. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
