She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Welborn and Sadie Harris Welborn; her son Billy Robert Breedlove; her grandson Nicholas Breedlove; and her sister Ann Fink.
She is survived by: her sons, Joel Breedlove of Spencer and John Breedlove of Salisbury; her siblings, Virginia Welborn of Texas and Jerry Welborn of Texas; and her grandchildren, Bill Alexander Breedlove, John William Breedlove, Matthew Robert Breedlove and April Bivens. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
