He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Fagan Roe; his children, Donald Roe (Loretta), John Roe (Melinda) of Rockwell, Jeff Roe (Lisa) of Salisbury, Tiki Diamond of Washington, DC, Susan Berry of Spencer and Janie Amerman of East Spencer; his siblings, Larry Roe (Linda) of Winfield, TN, Paul Roe (Tresa) of Winfield, TN, Joe Roe (Tresa) of Chicago, IL, Freddie Roe of Winfield, TN, Brenda Fortner of Winfield, TN, Kathy Cole (Gary) of Winfield, TN and Glenda Creech of Winfield, TN; and his close friend Darril Fortson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
