She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor Ora Sees Foye. She is survived by: her father Donald James Foye of Thomasville; her husband Spencer George "Rusty" Maddox; her daughters, Cristie Efird (Eddie) of Archdale, Laura Thomas (Richard) of Archdale, Amy Loflin (Derrick) of Trinity and Sara Maddox of Winston-Salem; her siblings, Michael James Foye (Margie) of Trinity, Mark Foye of High Point, Michael Heath Foye (Halley) of Reidsville, Merri Jo Alford (Josie) of Trinity and Melissa Bassett (Jeff) of Winston-Salem; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Isabella, Ellie, Karly, Evan (Clyde), Landon, Angela, Brianna, Cameron and Kelsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
