It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Lowell Koury (Sparta, North Carolina), who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Lowell and Sarah Catherine Lewis Koury, Sr.; and his children, Deborah Ann Labaletrier and Stephen Lowell Koury III. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Latham; his siblings, Barbara Ann Brancu of Blackwood, NJ and James Abraham Koury of Ridley Park, PA; his son James Abraham Lowell Koury of Canton, GA; his stepdaughter Virginia Lorraine Latham Hall (Alex Romey Hall II) of Glade Valley; his granddaughters, Patricia Ann Labalestrier of St. Petersburg, FL, Bailee Koury of Dallas, GA and Olivia Koury of Dallas, GA; his great grandchild Aidan Lugo of St. Petersburg, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Faith Hall and Zachary George Hall; his stepgreat-grandson Terrian Michael Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Brancu, James Stephen Koury, Stephanie Brancu, Jena Koury, Kathleen Koury and Sarah Koury.
