She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rector and Cora McCann Rector; her husband Paul Billings; her son Franklin Billings; her grandson Daron Billings; and her brothers, Kyle Rector, Vance Rector, Ben Rector and Bryant Rector.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lois Billings of Sparta; her grandsons, David Billings (Deana) of Sparta and Dwayne Billings (Becky) of Millers Creek; her great grandchildren, Rebecca Dean (David) of Wendell, Jeremy Billings of Charlotte, Brittany Billings of Fries, VA, Chris Queen (Becky) of Sparta and Breanna Billings of Millers Creek; her great great grandchild Hudson Dean of Wendell; and her nephew Billy Rector (Rachel) of Sparta.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Grandview Memorial Funeral Home (789 Grandview Dr, Sparta, NC 28675). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
