It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iva Z. Saltz of Sparta, North Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Iva Z. Saltz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, S. M. Jones and Lura Halsey Jones; her husband Jimmy Saltz; and her siblings, Dorothy Adams, Lorene Bedwell and R. L. Jones.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Andy Saltz (Jessica) of Laurel Springs, Bill Saltz of Piney Creek and Brandon Saltz of Sparta; her great grandchildren, Emily Saltz, Owen Saltz, Brayden Saltz and Taylin Saltz; her sister Joann Plummer of Rock Hill, SC; and also Irene Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
