She was predeceased by: her husband John Emerson Woodie; and her brothers, Gwyn, John Ivan, Donald, James, Mack and Junior Musgrove.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Woodie (Linda) of Sparta, Clara W. Crouse (Clarence) of Sparta, Larry Woodie (Pat) of Sparta, NC, Linda W. Phipps (Bob) of Elk Creek, VA, Iris W. Johnson (Gary) of Sparta and John E. Woodie, Jr. (Patricia) of Troutman; and her grandchildren, Melissa Malmfelt, Troy D. Searcy, David Woodie, Marcie Galyean, Robert Woodie, John Clinton Searcy, Larry Taylor and Angela Parlier.
