He is survived by: his mother Irene Niver (Thiem); his wife Shelby J. Niver of West Jefferson; his daughters, Nicole Niver and Sarah Niver Hicks (James); his grandchildren, Chance Niver, Honor Niver, Phoenix Niver, Korinna Hicks, Skylar Hicks and Zander Hicks; and his brother Mark Niver (Lisa).
