He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Thomas and Carrie Louise Henry Latham; and his son-in-law Stephen Koury. He is survived by: his wife Betty Stamper Latham; and his children, Thomas Latham (Debbie) of Hollywood, MD, Eugene Latham (Claire) of Blanco, TX., Georgia Latham, MD of Glade Valley, David Latham (Karen) of Norfolk, VA and Sandy Hammack of Glade Valley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
