Garrett Michael Neugent Obituary

He was predeceased by: his mother Wendy Jo Hart; his grandfather Robert Hartsoe; and his aunt Deanna Guy. He is survived by: his siblings, Trey Neugent and Morgan Neugent; his stepsiblings, Robbie Hart (Cassandra) of Ashe County, Amanda Barlow (Adam) of Carlisle, PA and Angela Eller (Jeremy) of West Jefferson; his father Doug Neugent of Alleghany County; his grandparents, Roger, Claudia Neugent of Greensboro and Judy Hartsoe (Richard Wike) of Sparta; his caregiver Tina Sherman; and his daughter Abby. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
