He was predeceased by: his father Paul Billings; and his son Daron Billings. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Rector Billings of Sparta; his wife Lois Chappell Billings; his sons, David Billings (Deana) of Sparta and Dwayne Billings (Becky) of Millers Creek; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Dean (David), Jeremy Billings, Brittany Billings, Breanna Billings and Chris Queen (Becky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
