It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eula Lee Frazier of Sparta, North Carolina, born in Galax, Virginia, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Eugene and Verna Mae Snow Frazier; her daughter Christina Carrico; and her brother Joseph Moxley Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Melinda (Buddy Billings), Kylene Rivera of Hampstead and Jesus; her daughter-in-law Laurie Rivera of Mt. Airy; and her siblings, Ruth Walls (Nancy Frazier), Dorothy Bourne of Independence, Virginia, Rose (Johnny Duncan), Linda Spencer of Galax, Virginia and Bobby (Debbie Frazier). She is also survived by grandchildren; Seven (7) great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
