We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 86, Delores Billings Brooks of Sparta, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Billings and Carrie Williams Billings; her husband Billy Edwin Brooks; and her siblings, Annie Madge Roark and Odis Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Duncan (John) of Jonesville; her grandchildren, Jason Duncan of Statesville, Trent Duncan (Elizabeth) of Asheville and Jarel Duncan (Amanda) of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Luke Duncan, Iris Duncan and Elise Duncan of Asheville; and her nephew Bobby Citrano (Debra) of Wilmington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
