She was predeceased by: her father Freddy Holsten. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Holsten of Mocksville; her siblings, Guy Holsten (Susie) of Lake Ana, William Holsten (Debra) of Mechanicsville, Peggy Williard (Mark) of Blairstown, NJ and Lisa Holsten of Mocksville, NC.; and her sons, Freddy Hornsby (Melissa) of Stokesdale, NC, Scotty Hornsby (Jamie) of Sparta and David Hornsby of Sparta. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Grace Community Church, 342 Macedonia Church Road, Sparta, NC 28675 or to the Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
