She is survived by: her father Terry Blackburn; her husband Sascha Ford; her brother Terry Blackburn, Jr.; her grandmother Gerre Duncan; her aunts, Debbie Page, Karol Debolt and Karen Bloom; and her uncle Robert Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
