She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Levi and Annie Myrtle Osborne Sheets; her husband Thomas Henry Billings; and her siblings, James Sheets, Loylene Holland and Janet Bourne.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Billings (Georgi) of Sparta and Tina Kindley (David) of Trinity; and her siblings, Nancy Stubbs of Wilkesboro, Margie Wooten of Wilkesboro, Joan Lambert (Jackie) of Wilkesboro and George Sheets of Sparta. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
