We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 87, Carl Reeves Williams (Sparta, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Williams and Ruth Andrews Williams; his former wife Thelma Louise Williams; his daughter Treva Williams Taylor; his siblings, Kenneth, Roscoe, Raymond Williams, Edna Joines, Juanita Seal and Dorothy Roberts; his stepdaughter Jeannie Hawks; and his stepgreat-grandson Camdon Power.
He is survived by: his wife Jean C. Williams; his daughters, Shirley Edwards (Stan) of Sparta, Carolyn Osborne (Robert) of Sparta, Barbara Smith (Craig) of King and Regina Welch (Jeff) of Richmond Hill, GA; his stepchildren, Greg Hawks, Debra Lawrence of Cedar Springs, VA, Joan Barnhardt (Kris) of Lenoir and Ramona Moss Shepherd of Sparta; his siblings, Johnny Williams (Joyce) of Sparta and Carol Jean Crouse of Sparta; his siblings-in-law, Doris Williams of Darlington, MD and Kirby Seal of Sparta; and his nephew Russell Williams of Sparta. He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
