He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker Cone DeBord, Sr. and Millie Gertrude Hudler DeBord of Grassy Creek, NC.. He is survived by: his brothers, Conley Dale DeBord of Grassy Creek and Frank Wilson DeBord of Annapolis, MD; his wife Georgia Mae Higgins DeBord; his children, Kenneth N. DeBord (Teresa DeBord) of Sparta, NC and Margaret A. DeBord Mitchell (Glynn Mitchell) of Marietta, GA; his sister Alice Phipps DeBord of Jonesborough, TN; his grandsons, Darrell DeBord of Union Bridge, MD and Kevin DeBord of Pasadena, MD; and his friend Dale Seagle of Hickory. He is also survived by one great grandchild, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
