She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Sam" Neaves Halsey; and her brother Michael Halsey. She is survived by: her parent Jessie Hash Halsey of Sparta; her children, Shane Williams (Toni) of Laurel Springs, NC, Michael Galloway of Sparta, NC and Leslie Cheek of Elkin, NC; her granddaughters, Lila Williams and Baylie Thomas; her brother Terry Halsey (Lisa) of Sparta, NC; her niece Selena Osborne (Cole) of Piney Creek, NC; and her nephew Tyler Halsey (Donald Bare) of Sparta, NC.
