He is survived by: his wife Patricia Maskell; his sons, Charles Maskell (Wendy), Tomest Maskell (Dawn) and Raymond Maskell (Michele); his grandchildren, Joshua Burton, Charles Maskell, Jr., Haley Szuksta, Alec Maskell and Madelyn Maskell; his great grandchildren, Hudson Maskell and Graham Szuksta; and his siblings, Richard Maskell, Lucille Stoddard and Irene Cairns.
