He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivren Hughes and Anne Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Erinn Pittenger Hughes; his sons, Thomas Russ Hughes, Jr. (Mimi) and Timothy Greer Hughes (Lyndsey); his grandchildren, Rowan Hughes and Harbor Hughes; his sister Patricia Hughes Brunell; and his nephew Paul Brunell (Jennifer).
