He was predeceased by: his parent Terry Stephens; and his grandparents, Foxy, Vera Howard, Henry, Doris Schulze and Steve Stephens.
He is survived by: his mother Beverly Howard Stephens; his children, Brandy Stephens Strickland (Matt) and TJ Stephens (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Bella Catherine, Strickland, Kaidence Cabe and Waylon Terrell "Rooster" Stephens; his nephews, Terry Eugene "TerryTerry" Bevel (Sean) and Tyler Ray "Knothead" Bevel (Tiffany); his child Bourbon; his close friend Kim Blackmon; his siblings, Tony and Dana Witt; and his nephews, Mason and Alex.
