It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen David DeFlavio (Southport, North Carolina), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James DeFlavio and Grace DeFlavio; his brother Michael DeFlavio; and his stepfather Pete Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Mary DeFlavio; his daughters, Brieana DeFlavio and Amanda DeFlavio-Jones; his son-in-law Ben Jones; his sisters, Diane Maguire, Linda McInerrny and Joanie DeFlavio; and his parents-in-law, Steve, Pam Cundall, Joann, Ed Savage, Sue and Bill Michaud. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick.
